A buffet style restaurant mainly focusing on ‘Miyako-yasai’, only providing organic non-chemical vegetables and reduced chemical vegetables made in Kyoto Prefecture.

About 30 kinds of dishes, such as salad, steamed vegetables, Obanzai, soup, noodles, curry, and rice. They are provided for you as all-you-can-eat menu.

The restaurant is located in the center of Kawaramachi area, which is a down town in Kyoto. It is close to Gion, Shin-kyogoku, Nishiki market and it takes about 6~8 minutes from Hankyu-Kawaramachi station, Keihan Sanjo Shijo station, and Subway Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae station. Amazing easy accessibility, isn’t it?

  They have a breakfast time b/w 7 a.m. to 9 a.m and lunch time will be b/w 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and dinner time is 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

They have also branches in Shijo Karasumaru and Kyoto Suizokkan-mae as well and providing the same menu.

They only serve a seasonal fresh vegetables, so that menu is different everyday. You can also see some vegetable that you don’t see at the supermarket.

You can order and eat a traditional ’Kyo-yasai’ everywhere in Japan, but all these ‘Miyako-yasai’ is only made in Kyoto. They crop the fresh vegetables in the morning and cook them right away. A head chef and his staffs come to their farm often and know what to pick, so it means that they can create the most delicious menu all the time.

Salad is usually served without being cooked in order to have you taste its flavor perfectly. The original dressing made from a lot of vegetables is supervised by executive chef and I would like to recommend it to you. You can enjoy these fresh vegetables to the full.

Second floor has a space with some displays of vegetable motif art works. If you want to order a soft drink, coffee, tea, oolong tea, extra 450 yen. Beer, sake, shochu, and wine will be extra 1,200 yen

There is a time limit in the busiest lunch time: 60 minutes, and dinner time: 80 minutes, so that if you want to relax and enjoy your food on your pace, then better to be little late for your lunch time and early evening time for your dinner.
